What you need to know:

Our program works a little different than most photographers.

Step 1. Please place your order on this website by September 29 so we can plan properly for the day. We offer a discount on the pre-ordered photos.

Step 2. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Step 3. Arrive at the time scheduled for the full band photo. We will shoot Individual portraits and sectional photos. We allow buddy photos with friends or siblings - just let the photographer know. No need to print out the order form. We will have a record of your order. We will photograph each individual so if you want the individual portrait - make sure you tell your musician you want the photo taken. We have found in the past that some students leave because they don’t want the photo.

The pre-order includes a discounted purchase price. If you do not order, you will still be allowed to purchase, but the discounts will not longer be applied.,

Step 4. You will receive an email after the photos are processed. In the email, you will receive your coupon code for your pre-order along with the link to the gallery of your musician’s pictures. You will be able to select the images you want printed. After that step is completed, your order will ship.

Step 5. Your images will remain on the site and only those with the appropriate URL will have access to them. You are free to order additional products or images. We have found that many parents appreciate being able to create products that combine images across the years of their child’s career. They are all kept for you should you desire to access them later.
