Customer Communications

AGP will provide each orgranization with a series of emails to to be used in announcing the Photo Day and explaining the ordering process. The League can either send the email directly to their athlete families or AGP can be responsible for the mailing.

Product Selection

AGP provides a breadth of photo products to choose from. Prints to include all formats, trading cards, team memory mates, magazine covers, wall wraps and banners. Products include magnets, mugs, totes, pins, and phone covers.

Ordering

AGP will work with the league to select the predefined packages to be ordered. We offer predefined packages that provide additional value over the a la carte pricing. We also allow the customer to select their own products.

The ordering process is completed online in a simple easy to use commerce platform. Most people complete the process on their phone. Credit cards and Paypal are accepted. If necessary, on Photo Day, AGP can accept Venmo, check or cash.

Fulfillment

Typically within a few days of the photo day, those individuals who pre-ordered will receive an email with links to the photo galleries with a specific link for every team.

The email contains full instructions on the ordering process.Processing begins within 48 hours and shipment is within 10 days. AGP provides direct customer support via email and phone to assist the families in their purchase selections.
